Starters

Cheese and Charcuterie board...     

Prosciutto, salami, lox or bresaola, brie, smoked gouda, humboldt fog, cornichon and olives, capers with Dijon, crisp and ciabatta… Evo if you like.

Petite Brioche or Biscuit sliders…

Prosciutto, arugula and blu cheese, Dijon and herbed aioli.

Salmon salad, tomato and greens.

Short rib, caramelized onion, horse radish crème and smoked gouda.

Vegan slider stack, Portobello Mushroom, roasted red pepper, mustard greens, Evo and balsamic drizzle.

Breakfast

The Benedict Family… Smoked Bacon, Salmon or Lox, or Veggie.

English muffin, two poached eggs, hollandaise.

For veggie swap in spinach, served with herb roasted potatoes.

Scramble... 3 eggs, soyriso, avocado, cheddar, tortilla or GF wrap, salsa ranchero on side, Taters or Beans

Huevos Rancheros... 2 corn or flour tortillas, black beans, poached eggs, cheddar cheese and salsa ranchero, or pico de gallo.

Two eggs any way... apple wood smoked bacon, herb roasted potatoes, toast.

Fruit nuts and stuff bowl...  Seasonal fruit bowl with almonds, walnuts and currants.                                         Add maple yogurt, or grains… if you please.

Pancakes, GF blue corn, blue berry, or traditional…. Served with Irish Butter and Maple syrup.

Brioche French toast, powdered sugar, Maple syrup.

Lox, bagel and cream cheese… red onion, tomato, lemon and capers… assembly required.

Served over garlic brown rice, quinoa, or GF millet, seared mustard or kale greens available for full veggie option.

Tofu or Seitan... Vegan Friendly

Curry bowl

Yellow curry chicken, red curry, beef panang or green curry seitan bowls.                                                         Served over brown rice or millet… flat bread to wipe the bowl.

Vegan stew                 

Mushroom, seitan, tempeh or tofu, broccoli and greens on a bed of millet or brown rice with cauliflower cheese.

Glass noodle bowl

Cold glass noodles, tossed with mint, cilantro, ponzu, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Soba noodle bowl

Soba noodles with sesame chicken or curried beef, mushroom kale and greens of the day.

Hand cut Tagliatelle or Pappardelle pasta, house pesto, roasted tomatoes, olives and Asiago cheese.
